PAREV AI · YOUR PERSONAL DATA

Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit parevai.com, contact us or choose to use a Parev AI assistant on this website. You can browse the website without starting a conversation or requesting a callback.

Who is responsible

Parev AI is a product operated by GIM Agency ΜΟΝ.ΙΚΕ, trading as GIM Agency, at Polykleitou 20, Ilioupoli, Attica, 16341, Greece. GIM Agency is the data controller for this website, enquiries addressed to Parev AI and conversations on our own website.

For privacy questions and requests, contact hello@parevai.com. When another business uses Parev AI on its own website, that business determines the purposes of its visitor conversations and contact requests. Its own privacy information applies; this policy does not replace it.

Visiting the website and requesting a demo

Our hosting infrastructure processes connection information, such as your IP address, requested page, access time and browser information, to deliver and protect the website.

The contact and demo forms ask for your name, email, enquiry topic and message, with optional company, website and phone details. When you submit, our backend records your enquiry and queues an email to hello@parevai.com so our team can respond. We also record the form page, any UTM campaign tags on that page, and technical information needed to prevent spam and duplicate submissions. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Form records in the application are retained for 30 days; email copies follow our correspondence retention practices.

The illustrative conversation featuring Harbour Dental Studio is fictional. Interacting with that illustration does not send a real callback request.

AI conversations and optional callbacks

When a live assistant is available and you start a conversation, we process your messages, the assistant’s replies, the conversation context, timestamps and technical session information. Voice also requires your browser’s microphone permission. OpenAI processes the audio and text needed to generate replies. Parev stores conversation text and voice transcripts; it does not store audio recordings.

The authorised team can review conversation text and related diagnostics to understand questions, investigate problems and improve the approved knowledge and guidance. Diagnostics can include the relevant sources, response timings and AI usage information. Please do not share passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive information in a conversation.

If callback capture is enabled and you submit its optional form, we collect your name, mobile number and submission time, linked to the conversation and its starting page. The page can include campaign information such as UTM tags. A notification is sent to the configured team recipient; for Parev enquiries this is hello@parevai.com. Declining the form does not prevent you from continuing to read or ask questions.

Why we use the information

We use enquiries and conversation input to answer your questions and respond to the contact you request. Where the enquiry involves steps towards a contract at your request, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For business enquiries and service assistance where that basis does not apply, we rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, under Article 6(1)(f).

Operating and securing the service, managing usage limits and costs, reviewing answer quality and understanding the source of contact requests serve our legitimate interests in maintaining a useful, reliable service. You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where a separate optional activity requires consent, that consent must be requested separately and can be withdrawn.

Providing information is voluntary. We cannot answer a message we do not receive or return a requested call without contact details. The AI assistant provides information and suggestions; it is not used here to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Who may receive the information

Access is limited to the authorised team and service providers needed for hosting, email delivery and AI processing. OpenAI receives conversation inputs and the context needed for the AI response. If you email us, the email services used by you and by us also process that message.

Provider processing can involve countries outside the European Economic Area. OpenAI’s published data processing terms describe standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions for relevant international transfers. They do not mean that all processing stays in Europe. Contact us for information about the arrangements and safeguards applicable to your data.

OpenAI applies its own API data controls and retention rules. Our application’s deletion period does not establish zero retention by that provider.

How long information is kept

The assistant’s application retention period is 30 days for conversation text, voice transcripts, dialogue context, related diagnostics and review reports. Callback details and their notification records also have a 30-day application retention period. Scheduled maintenance removes expired records; related starting-page information is removed when it is no longer linked to a retained conversation or callback.

Administrative audit records have a 90-day application retention period. Financial usage records, unresolved charges and cumulative spending totals are handled separately and can remain longer so charges can be reconciled and spending limits can be enforced.

Email correspondence, hosting logs and backups are separate from these application periods. Correspondence is kept for the time needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting relationship or legal claim. Copies in email systems, provider systems or backups are not necessarily erased at the same time as the application record. Contact us for the retention information relevant to your request.

Cookies and storage in your browser

The marketing pages do not include third-party advertising pixels or analytics tags. A live assistant uses browser storage for conversation continuity, usage-limit identifiers, microphone preferences and interface choices. The administration area uses a session cookie for sign-in.

Conversation continuity has a 30-day server validity period. Stored browser values can remain until they are replaced or you clear them. Where the widget captures campaign UTM values, it keeps them in this tab’s session storage with a 30-minute inactivity expiry and can attach them to the conversation’s starting page.

You can clear site data or restrict storage through your browser. Some assistant functions may then lose their saved preferences or conversation context. Microphone permission can be revoked through your browser settings. Clearing browser data does not by itself delete records already stored in the application or reset server-side usage accounting.

Your rights and how to contact us

Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Email hello@parevai.com with enough information to locate the enquiry or conversation, such as its approximate date and the website involved. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns your data. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically explain why they are necessary.

The GDPR generally requires a response within one month; it permits extensions in certain complex cases, with an explanation. You can also complain to your local supervisory authority or the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

Changes to this policy

We update this page when relevant practices change. The date above identifies the current version. Contact us if you need an explanation of how a change affects your information.
