What counts as a text chat?
One visitor’s text session with the assistant, which can include multiple questions and answers. Opening the widget alone is not a conversation.
What are voice minutes?
The time spent in an active voice connection while the visitor and assistant converse. Voice minutes and text chats have separate monthly allowances.
Are these prices for one website?
Yes. Prices and monthly allowances are per website and exclude VAT. Request a Custom quote for multiple websites or different requirements.
